Last month, tensions reached a boiling point in Mount Sinai's oncology suite when Gaming CEO Brian Donaldson clashed with the medical team overseeing his wife Brenda's treatment for stage 3 colorectal cancer.

"He insisted that we include something called 'Live Services' as part of her treatment," said one nurse. "What the hell are 'Live Services'?"

To complicate matters further, all administrative and medical forms were filled out by Mr. Donaldson himself. "His address? Live Services. His health insurance? Live Services," remarked a hospital administrator. "I'm pretty sure his children's names are 'Live Services' too," she continued, clearly exasperated by his behavior.

"We're going to order a head CT for him. Something is definitely wrong with that guy," noted one doctor. His suspicions were confirmed the following day when the CT results came back: "All the parts of the brain responsible for long-term thinking and decision-making are missing. I've never seen anything like it. We're calling it 'CEO Brain'"

Mr. Donaldson was removed from his wife's treatment team shortly thereafter and was referred to neurology for further analysis. Doctors there have been able to make some progress. "He's now able to say things like 'quarterly earnings' and 'maximizing shareholder value,' but we still have a long way to go. Frankly, I don't know how this guy functions in the world," explained his neurologist.

Brian Donaldson earned a total compensation of $36 million last year. Brenda Donaldson is expected to make a full recovery.
